Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong launches luxury afternoon tea in partnership with fine Italian jewellery brand Damiani.

Indulge in ultimate luxury with sweet and savoury bitesize delights inspired by the precious jewels of Damiani jewellery.

This autumn, the Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong are launching an afternoon tea to remember in collaboration with Damiani for an edible option of the Italian fine jewellery brand.

Inspired by the collection Belle Epoque, the chefs at the Ritz-Carlton have created a magical themed Charlie and the Chocolate factory tea for adults with edible chocolate pendants with shades of rubies and a vintage look cross.

No details have gone amiss with the talented artisans of the Ritz-Carlton, offering a range of jewel wonders such as pink gold, orange diamond and coloured gems such as yellow sapphires, emerald and rubies all encrusted onto pastries such as five-textured limoni tea cake, golden Sicilian pistachio, raspberry croissant and a tomato jelly martini.

For a complete jewellery set, the tea features a ring inspired tarte with a cascade of ivory chocolate cream presented with the Damiani logo.

With stunning views of the city, located between the 102 to 118 floor of the International Commerce Centre in Kowloon, the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong is the highest hotel in the world, offering breath-taking views of the city. Merging luxury with luxury, the collaboration with Damiani makes for a fitting brand to celebrate almost 100 years of handmade precious jewels.
