A variation of vegetables is best but definitely greens are imperative, these include kale, broccoli, rocket, spinach, cabbage and herbs such as parsley, coriander. Try juicing for a quick, easy and tasty way to get them all into your diet. Tip 2.

Fresh ginger and lemon tea with a dash manuka honey is a fantastic immune booster and works best first thing in the morning.

Tip 3.

Add spices such as chilli, cumin, turmeric to your food to help boost circulation. Wave goodbye to winter sluggishness and daily drowsiness as well as helping to improve health issues by boosting your energy levels with a simple sprinkling of spices.

Tip 4.

Green tea is a natural thermogenic so this will help to increase body temperature and help get you out of bed in the morning. Start the day with a warming breakfast such as rolled organic oats made with almond milk and a few crushed pecans.
