If like us, the weekend’s beautiful weather left you with ‘the bikini terror’, fear not as we’ve sought out the best outdoor fitness clubs and classes to kick you into shape, fast.

Of course, we all know it’s silly to be so self conscious, and indeed, we all feel the same pre holiday no matter what size or shape we are; but that shouldn’t stop us putting the ‘bikini terror’ to good, motivational use.

The key to exercising and sticking with it is to mix up the classes you take, to get outdoors, make new friends and give yourself a host of reasons to actually make it along to that Monday night fitness class. Whether your stomach is fat or flat, there are few people that wouldn’t benefit from a few extra exercise sessions here and there. With a wealth of fitness-improving options at our fingertips, and so many alternatives to the boring, run of the (tread) mill gym sessions, it’s really easy to find an exercise class to suit you.

So, in light of our recent sunny spell, we’ve rounded up the best outdoor fitness classes in London. The likelihood is that you’re already beach-ready, but the confidence that comes with fitness will have you racing down to the sea without a second thought.
