Preparation time: 5 mins 

What You’ll Need: 

  • 35ml Cutty Sark whisky
  • 3 chunks fresh pineapple
  • 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice 15ml Apricot Liqueur
  • 5ml gomme (sugar) syrup

What To Do: 

  • Shake all ingredients over cubed ice for 10 seconds, strain over fresh cubed ice in short glass.
