Tommy’s is one of the most important research charities for mothers trying to conceive. Today, they lead the way in maternal and fetal research, giving every baby the best chance of being born healthy through funding medical research into the causes of miscarriage, premature birth and stillbirth. They have made a significant number of achievements over the years, including the set up of the UK’s first placenta clinic and developing tests to determine preterm labour early in the pregnancy, to name just a few things.

Charlotte Taylor, Fundraising Account Manager for Tommy’s says: “We are absolutely delighted to be working with The Organic Pharmacy this year. Currently 1 in 4 women will lose a baby during pregnancy or birth – Tommy’s exists to change this. The money raised from this partnership helps us to continue our on-going research so that more parents can take their babies home”.
