To celebrate Britain’s historic year, iconic brand Chanel will open their first ever British Chanel pop-up store in the heart of Covent Garden.
Chanel’s first standalone British beauty store will open on 24 July in London’s busy Covent Garden shopping district. The pop-up will be open throughout 2012 and house Chanel’s iconic beauty products alongside expert advice and insider tips from some of the world’s leading make-up artists, nail technicians and stylists. This unique format means the store is a must-visit for beauty junkies looking for an exciting, interactive experience.
Throughout 2012, the Chanel pop-up will play host to a number of events from fan competitions to exclusive previews of new releases, as well as professional makeup tutorials from industry experts. The French fashion house will also open their first Chanel Nail Bar where customers can treat themselves to a manicure, Chanel style, whilst keeping up-to-date with the latest trends directly from Paris. If that’s not enough to get you in the Chanel spirit, the store will also have a luxury area where shoppers can indulge in a post-shop facial.
To tie in with Covent Garden’s love for all things theatrical, Chanel will be styling up mime artists in the brand’s ornate costume jewellery to ensure shoppers are welcomed to the store in style. With festive treats in the pipeline for Christmas and regular launches and releases taking place throughout the year, the Chanel Beauty Boutique is without a doubt London’s most anticipated popup store of 2012.
