Mac’s Spellbinding new Collaboration with Cinderella Collection

CinderellaPremium makeup brand Mac have got together with the team behind upcoming Disney film Cinderella to create a truly magical, 17-piece limited edition range, which includes lipsticks, pressed pigments and face powders.

Following on from the 2014 Mac and Maleficent collection which featured deep and dramatic hues, perfectly capturing the film’s gothic glamour, the Cinderella range aims to replicate the dreamy essence of the upcoming feature film.

Dedicated to “the most famous Disney princess of them all”, the colours of the collection vary from sugary, candyfloss pinks and purples to natural taupes and browns. This not only makes the collection wearable for every day, but dashes of intense colour mean it’s perfect for making you feel like a princess come nightfall. We dare you not to fall in love with the cute packaging – baby blue with an iridescent pink sheen and adorned with the classic Cinderella logo, it’s the stuff of dressing table dreams.

Celebrating, glitter, shimmer and all things girly, indulge your inner princess with the “Royal Ball” lipstick and relive the classic fairy-tale with the “Evil Stepmother” pressed pigment.

Here at StyleNest, our personal favourites include the Beauty Powder in “Coupe D’Chic” – a warm, peachy-pink powder, perfect for highlighting and prettifying cheekbones – and the “Free as a Butterfly” lipstick, which adds a gorgeous pastel sheen to lips. The Studio Eye Gloss in “Slightly Tauped” can be worn alone on lids for a sheer wash of colour, or over eyeshadow to create a high-shine, glossy effect, fit for Cinderella herself.

Whether you’re a diehard Disney fan or just on the lookout for adorable pieces that also offer high colour pay-off and staying power, this collection is a must-have.

The Mac and Cinderella collection is available exclusively at Harrods from 6th March, and from Mac counters and online from 13th March.
