The AthollThe Atholl launches new Christmas menu to tickle those taste buds and help get you in the festive spirit.

Opened in May 2012, The Atholl located in the heart of Edinburgh’s new town features four luxury suites of one 1 bed, one 2 bed and two 3 beds with lounge areas and sleek contemporary kitchens. Only 20 minutes from Edinburgh airport, The Atholl is great for overnight stays and also private hire such as lunches, dinner parties, weddings and events.

The ideal retreat for a city-scape, The Atholl’s dining is masterminded by Chef Albert Roux. Each suite is provided with a private chef, exclusively trained and supervised by Chef Albert Roux, the chef behind Le Gavroche. Guests will get the opportunity to sample a mouth-watering Christmas treat cooked exclusively in the state of the art Bulthaup kitchen.

Guests will get the chance to enjoy festive fancies from the Christmas Menu (£55 per person) such as; ‘Treacle Cured Organic salmon, Quince and Apple Dressing’, ‘Traditional Roast Turkey, Brussel Sprouts and Turkey Gravy’ and ‘Traditional Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce’. All decorated with sparkling Christmas ornaments and festive finishes, the Christmas menu at The Atholl is an ideal seasonal treat for friends and family in a truly opulent and stylish environment.

The Christmas Menu at The Atholl is available to guests throughout December. Suites start from £1000 per night on a B&B basis.
