StyleNest talk to London head trainer Stuart Ayles to bring you some top tips on how to get fit and healthy in time for the party season, ensuring you feel guilt-free when reaching for that extra Yorkshire pud, as well as not having to make any weight loss resolutions for the New Year.

What is Speedflex? Speedflex is a calorie burning group workout based around a circuit training concept which helps maximise calorie loss in a minimal amount of time. Using HIIT training, the 45 minute group session consists of a low impact and high intensity cardiovascular workout, mixed with motivational techniques and measurement tools for enhanced results. Whether you aim to sculpt, strengthen or improve your fitness, new Speedflex is designed to push you beyond your limits.

Nutrition

Start the day with 20g of protein and try to consume protein with every meal. Try to eat more fresh vegetables and at the same time exclude or limit sugar and processed carbohydrates for increased health and fat loss.

General

“Can’t afford the gym”, “haven’t got time to exercise” – these are the two biggest excuses for not working out or being overweight. However, everybody has their own bodyweight and can easily find 10 – 15 minutes each day to do a selection of bodyweight exercises that require no equipment and no more room than their own height and width. Repeat a 10-15min HIIT session everyday using just your bodyweight, together with good nutrition to give incredible results.
