Myleene Klass, TV and radio presenter, fashion designer and musician has proudly launched her first fitness series this February – MyBody by Myleene.

The mum of two, who turns 40 this April, created the programme with a group of fitness experts to offer mothers and other busy women an effective and quick workout, whenever and wherever they want it.

The 12-week programme consists of three 30-minute workouts per week, incorporating boxing, ab work, Pilates skills and yoga to get you toned and strengthened, all from the comfort of your home. MyBody is designed in segments, so that if you have little time or unscheduled interruptions, you can break, pause and easily jump back in again.

StyleNest were invited to work out with the bubbly Myleene, where she talked us through the inspiration for the DVDs:

“I have been asked to do a fitness DVD for years but have never felt it was the right time until now. After having two children, I wanted to help other mums and busy women find a way to stay fit that works for them.”

And you certainly work up a sweat! MyBody is broken down into three stages: strength, power and core, giving you a full body workout in less time than it takes most of us to get to the gym! The videos increase in intensity over time, with the aim of helping women loose fat, tone up and most importantly get them feeling fit and confident in their own bodies.

MyBody By Myleene is a 12-week programme and comes with two exercise DVDs, a wallplanner and a 3.5kg sandbell weight for the price of £49.95.
