London Health Week 2015

London Health WeekLaunching for its first year in the capital, London Health Week (20th -26th of April 2015) is a weeklong festival celebrating with everyone who aspires to be healthy, from amateurs to full-on fitness fanatics.

The festival gives us the opportunity to try new classes, get involved in talks and debates on the latest wellness trends, discover innovative health products and socialise with new work-out buddies.

Those looking to adventure into different fitness forms there are also great discounts on gyms and classes with institutions such as Boom Cycle offering 50% off spinning classes, half price signature and Super Series classes at Lomax Fitness in Chelsea and unlimited free classes with British Military Fitness.

After working up an appetite, explore the best of the city’s healthy eateries that are offering wonderful discounts and limited edition dishes. Participating venues include Raw Press, Tanya’s Café in Chelsea, Itsu and Daylesford Cafes.

Every evening there are events, talks and workshops to get involved with such as Toral Shah from The Urban Kitchen talking about ‘Preventing Cancer Through Nutrition’, exclusive yoga sessions and even an exciting Cold Pressed Juice Cocktail Party hosted at the Raw Press hub at Dover Street.
