It’s not that you shouldn’t do these things, but you should still make a real effort to stay healthy. Get Active With Your Friends And Family

Summer is the perfect time to get active with your friends and family. Make sure you make lots of plans, and be flexible so you can do things spontaneously too! Getting out and about during summer is a really good way to enjoy it and stay healthy.

Another great thing to do during summer is experiment with healthy, summery foods. If you’re not a natural chef, there are an abundance of recipes online you can start using. You really have no excuse not to! Use lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, especially those in season during the summer months. Hydrate With Exciting Drinks

Staying hydrated is important at any time of year, but it’s too easy to forget to do so when we’re having so much summer fun. You can hydrate with exciting drinks if that makes it better for you. Water can be a little plain and boring by itself, so make up a batch of healthy iced tea! You could even just add lots of chopped fruit to your water to enjoy benefits that way. It’s much better than drinking fruit juices or ready made drinks, even better than flavoured water. These drinks contain far too much sugar!
