First, can I just say what an enormous pleasure it is to meet you and I am a big fan of the brand, so tell me…

So, tell me what or who inspires you?

Gosh, good question, strong women, fearless women, women who are out there doing their own thing, paying and pioneering their way. Someone like my other. But also things like architecture, vibrant colours and tactile textures.

How would you describe your own, personal style?

A Hybrid, laid back or I like to go full on evening wear. I do like to be comfortable but I come from a fashion background so I love beautiful things too. I love a statement piece, a little bit of drama, but always comfort.

You are all about diversity & stock sizes that most shoe designers don’t, was this a conscious decision?

Definitely, we are ALL  about this.

Which is your favourite design in your collection?

For me, it’s the half moon, the design we named the collection after, the idea of an interlocking strap with a mid heel but in a flat. I love the simplicity of it but also the different materials we used. We like comfort but we also like to have a bit of fun too.

I love your coco boots in taupe, they are definitely my fave, I love the gold detailing (love a bit of bling) & the colour is perfect .

We think so too & can’t wait to see you in them.

I think that with many of us still working from home, we still need shoes that make us happy, do you agree?

Yes  – absolutely everybody wants to shine again and have fun.

Who would be your dream client to see in your pieces?

More than one, But definitely Angelina Jolie and Tracie Ellis Ross. Tracie is a woman of a certain age who has just embraced her fabulousness.

I feel like your shoes can be worn by any age or gender, do you agree?

A hundred per cent yes.
