The eagle eyed amongst you will, of course, notice that this scarcely constitutes a day out. Those better acquainted with me may even detect more than a hint of nepotism. That said, I would struggle to recommend tomorrow evening highly enough for those of you in with the family (or home alone).

As part of the BBC One charity extravaganza Let’s Dance for Sport Relief bona fide Olympic legend Fatima Whitbread is teaming up with triple threat extraordinaire The Cuban Brothers.

Miguel Mantovani, Archerio and Kengo San will be injecting funk-filled family fun straight into your living room, all for a great cause.

Rest assured that the more risque (and downright naked) of their tendencies will be curbed for the evening although, as ever, the antics will be as compelling as they are entertaining. Think towards their star turns at the ultimate hipster family festival

Camp Bestival, or spots for the great and good around the globe with (literally) fun for all the family and you’ll be on the right lines.

Let the youths up a little late for charity, tune in for more fun in an evening in than most days out and don’t forget to vote…..
