Autumn Half Term at Selfridges

Half Term at Selfridges PostWorried about how to entertain the kiddies during half term? Don’t push the panic button just yet. Selfridges have a variety of fun-filled, child-friendly activities for kiddies to get involved in on their week-long break.

Just in time for Halloween the Kids Floor in Selfridges will have a few treats in store this October. On the 26th youngsters can visit the Haunted House and knock on the array of doors to reveal what cool characters will be hiding behind those creaky openings. Not to fear, these spooky characters come with lots and lots of treats.

Latest cool and quirky children’s streetwear brand Ruff and Huddle will be on hand, helping mini trendsetters make their own customised tees whilst witches roam around the store casting funny little spells.

Little ones can also have their poor teddies repaired at the Alice Bear Hospital on the 27th. Unfortunately there inevitably comes a time when those fluffy friends are worn out from all those snuggles and cuddles, so this half term kiddies can have their favourite partner in crime sown and put back together courtesy of Selfridges. A bit of stuffing here, and a stitch there and their cuddly friends will be looking brand new.

Come Halloween night, Selfridges’ Kids Floor will be hosting a Scotch Shrunk Spooky Halloween Event. Prepare for flying popcorn pieces as young ones are delightfully frightened with a screening of the scariest Fright Night movies.

The following day your little princess can forget all about the candy she’s consumed the night before and get ready to meet the Real-Life Barbie. Once they’ve had all their questions answered, little ones, and big ones too, can indulge in some 3D Printing. The latest craze, MakieLab will allow little doll enthusiasts to create their own best friend via 3D Printing. Allowing them to visually see how their not-so-little imaginations can come to life.

With a variety of fun-filled activities in store,  the Selfridges Kids Floor is the place to be this Half Term.
