Hailing from Stockholm, add some Scando-cool into your little one’s wardrobe with Swedish childrenswear brand, More Stories.

Those stylish Swedes really know how to do childrenswear well, so it was no surprise to hear that our latest kid’s fashion find hails from the Swedish capital. More Stories childrenwear was actually founded by a Brit, but living in Stockholm she was obviously inspired by the Scando cool vibes of the city.

Already well established in Scandinavia, More Stories is looking to come home and seek a fan base just as loyal here in the UK. We’ve no doubt they will as the label’s stylish aesthetic is made up of gorgeous separates for girls and boys aged 0-10. Age-appropriateness, comfort and style are all key with More Stories, but it is their added extra of storytelling that sets them apart from contemporaries.

Each gorgeous garment comes complete with a small storybook to tell the wearer exactly what the piece was inspired by and excite their imagination into making up tales of their own. Each season the brand works closely with up and coming illustrators and storytellers to create unique tales like AW12’s hero ‘Otis the Shy Octopus’. Each tale has a sweet and moral story that will get your little ones thinking.

The clothes are just as cute with a focus on good quality, comfortable fabric from cosy wools to soft jersey, as well as whimsical illustrations taken directly from the stories themselves.

For Autumn/Winter we’re loving the polka dot range for little girls – a feast of yellow and black polka adorned on everything from beanies to tees, and an adorable rain-saving waterproof mac.
