Could your little one be the face of Mini Boden?

The quirky and colourful fashion brand have teamed up with charity Kids Company to raise money for inner-city children with their Find the Face of Mini Boden competition.

British brand Boden have teamed up with the charity Kids Company to help raise fund for deprived and vulnerable children. Each week, the life- changing charity Kids Company faces an ongoing financial struggle to feed over 2,000 extremely vulnerable children who are homeless or surviving in situations where food simply doesn’t appear on the table.

So, this February Boden are launching their Find The Face of Mini Boden and all entry fees will be donated to Kids Company to help keep the kitchens open.

Boden will be searching for four new faces for action packed, fun-filled, Mini Boden photo shoots. Entry is quick and easy, all you need do is upload your child’s photograph, at www.boden.co.uk/faceofminiboden, fill in a few details and pay the £5 fee (plus an additional donation if you wish). The competition opens on 1st February and closes at midnight on 29 February, 2012.

One winner will be chosen from each of the following categories: Girls aged 3 to 6 years; Girls aged 7 to 10 years; Boys aged 3 to 6 years; and Boys aged 7 to 10 years. Each winner will also receive £250 of Boden account credit.

And that’s not all, for every £15,000 they raise Boden will pay for 15,000 meals for hungry London children.

“It is deeply shocking that any child has to think about where their next meal is coming from in twenty-first century London. I know that Boden customers will give this appeal their wholehearted support.” commented Johnnie Boden. So if you enter, please help Boden and Kids Company and spread the word. Why not share your budding Mini Boden model’s photograph with your friends on facebook?

“So many children are living lives ruined by hunger. Collectively we need to feed 2000 children a week. Once children have food in their bellies, and they experience the kindness of complete strangers, their sense of hope about being part of society is restored to them.” Camila Batmanghelidjh, Founder of Kids Company.

Kids Company was founded by Camila Batmanghelidjh in 1996 to provide practical, emotional and educational support to vulnerable inner-city children. Read more about its work at www.kidsco.org.uk
