Teddy Maximus

My sprocker spaniel Ziggy was recently lucky enough to be sent a brand-new Teddy Maximus luxury dog bed, and I can tell you, he’s in heaven.

The Liberty London Slumber Nest (£128) is an exciting addition to this luxurious brand. Comprising a durable outer, which is a snug as snug can be, the nest is then joined by an inner cushion in Liberty London print. The outer section is navy, while its floral interior boasts a beautiful blue mix too. As soon as the bed arrived, I excitedly wondered where to display it in pride of place, while Ziggy contentedly snuggled down after his morning walk. We settled for keeping the nest in our bedroom, and when Ziggy isn’t stealing stray socks from the laundry basket, he’s been enjoying getting cosy in style.

Teddy Maximus launched in 2015, when director Holly decided to create fun, luxury products as inspired by her gorgeous dachshund Teddy. Designed with classic British style in mind, ranges include dog beds, leads, coats, neckerchiefs, harnesses and more. The Liberty London print of Ziggy’s new bed joins other materials such as Shetland Wool in the collection, each piece offering extra-special treats for your beloved pooch.

As a relatively new dog owner (we got Ziggy as a puppy last year), I’m still exploring the best places to find accessories and bedding. Despite Zig adding extra chaos to our household, I still want our space to feel stylish and not over-run with soggy dog stuff. This is where, for me, Teddy Maximus really hits the nail on the head.

Offering a chic and timeless take on essentials for a much-loved member of the family, there’s no need to compromise on style. With the Liberty London Slumber Nest being excellent quality too, you will find hardy products that add a classic touch.
