Located in the heart of London, a stone’s throw from London’s bustling Trafalgar Square, and a mere minutes walk from London’s Covent Garden, The Strand Dining Rooms offers all-day dining with contemporary food in a contemporary British aesthetics.

The venture has been launched by Mark Harris, founder of Harris Restaurant Consultants. Harris has previously held positions at some of the city’s most prestigious establishments, from The Capital Hotel to Searcy’s at The Gherkin and Simon Parker Bowles Restaurant & Oyster Bar.

With aesthetics inspired by a traditional Pullman Coach, the interiors will offer a sumptuous and decadent feel. With rich polished wood and a sharp eye for detail, designer Russel Sage says, “We’re delighted to be supporting Mark Harris on this exciting project which is sure to be one of the stand out restaurant openings of 2014. We love Mark’s grand tradition for traditional hospitality and incredible attention to detail so look forward to contributing to a truly magical interior which guests will love.”
