What You’ll Need:
- 18 Manomasa Serrano Chilli and Yucatan Honey Tortilla Chips
- 9 slices (110g) of Serrano or Parma Ham cut in half
- 9 bocconcini, cut in halves
- 1 handful of Rocket
- 3-4 Balsamic pearls per canapé (available at Waitrose or Ocado)
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil to drizzle
What To Do:
- Line Serrano & Yucatan tortilla chips on a platter, place ham folded neatly on each chip followed by a bocconcini half.
- Top each with a few rocket leaves, 3-4 Balsamic pearls and drizzle with olive oil.
