Serrano Ham and Bocconcini Canapés with Serrano Chilli & Yucatan Honey Tortilla Chips

Serves: 6

What You’ll Need:

  • 18 Manomasa Serrano Chilli and Yucatan Honey Tortilla Chips
  • 9 slices (110g) of Serrano or Parma Ham cut in half
  • 9 bocconcini, cut in halves
  • 1 handful of Rocket
  • 3-4 Balsamic pearls per canapé (available at Waitrose or Ocado)
  • 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil to drizzle

What To Do:

  • Line Serrano & Yucatan tortilla chips on a platter, place ham folded neatly on each chip followed by a bocconcini half.
  • Top each with a few rocket leaves, 3-4 Balsamic pearls and drizzle with olive oil.
