Oreo Pops

Oreo Pops PostGet creative with the kiddies this weekend with this adorable recipe for Oreo pops. Delicious and fun to make, you and the kiddies can go wild by creating interesting characters all with some well placed decorative icing. Bring on the weekend. 

Serves 6

Cooking time: 25 mins

What You’ll Need:

  • 9 Oreo biscuits
  • 30g Light Philadelphia
  • 25g white chocolate, in bits
  • 6 lollipop sticks

What To Do:

  • Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs
  • Mix with Philadelphia to form a dough
  • Shape into 6 balls and chill for 15 minutes or until firm
  • Decorate together by pushing the sticks into the balls and dipping into the melted chocolate before decorating
Tips:
  • Melt the chocolate in a small bowl over a saucepan of hot water, or on a low microwave setting
  • To make the balls stick more firmly on the lollipop sticks, dip the ends of the sticks in the melted chocolate before pushing the sticks into the balls
  • Keep refrigerated until required
  • Lollipop or cake-pop sticks can found through Asda or other major retailers and kitchen accessories stores.
