Grilled pork chops make a healthy alternative to frying or roasting.

What You’ll Need:
- 200g Total Greek Yoghurt
- 4 large pork chops
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 200g butternut squash, wedged & roasted
- 200g black lentils, cooked
- 1 small chilli, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped
- 100g hazelnuts, toasted & broken
What To Do:
1.Season the pork chops, brush with oil and grill for 7-10 minutes on each side, until cooked through and golden.
2. Arrange the roasted squash and cooked lentils on a plate and serve on the grilled chops.
3. Mix the Greek yoghurt, chilli and chives together and serve along side the chops with a sprinkling of broken hazelnuts.
