Grilled Pork Chops

What You’ll Need:

  • 200g Total Greek Yoghurt
  • 4 large pork chops
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200g butternut squash, wedged & roasted
  • 200g black lentils, cooked
  • 1 small chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 100g hazelnuts, toasted & broken

What To Do:

1.Season the pork chops, brush with oil and grill for 7-10 minutes on each side, until cooked through and golden.
2. Arrange the roasted squash and cooked lentils on a plate and serve on the grilled chops.
3. Mix the Greek yoghurt, chilli and chives together and serve along side the chops with a sprinkling of broken hazelnuts.
