What You’ll Need:
- Two double shots of Light roast coffee per glass
- 100g 80% dark chocolate
- 100g double cream
- Cinnamon powder for dusting
What To Do:
- Melt the dark chocolate over a bainmarie (waterbath) until it all turns into a rich dark liquid.
- Whip the double cream to form soft peaks
- Make two espressos into a glass, then pour in a tablespoon and a half of the chocolate, stir into incorporate.
- Rest 2 tablespoons of the whipped cream on top and dust with cinnamon
