This Mother’s Day, Laurent-Perrier have teamed up with Peggy Porschen for a limited edition champagne cream tea at London’s most charming cupcake café.

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a delectable cream tea accompanied with champagne, of course.  Spend quality time with your mum whilst indulging in delicious treats such as mini strawberry and champagne cupcakes, red velvet layer cake and mini hand-piped ‘Mum’ heart shaped cookies with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé champagne to help wash it all down.

Located in Belgravia, the Peggy Porschen parlour will be offering mothers and daughters the chance to partake in a Champagne Laurent-Perrier Mothering Sunday Beautiful Blooms Bouquet Cookies Class at the Peggy Porschen Academy from 10am until 4.30pm. Bond whilst you bake with the Peggy Porschen Academy and learn fundamental baking skills including how to decorate cookies with hand-piping as well as ‘flooding’ and creating a piping bag and handy tips from professionals. You will leave knowing the tricks of the trade and with a selection of delicious of iced cookies as well as a Peggy Porschen Cake Academy Masterclass Certificate.

At £32 per person, the Mother’s Day Cream Tea with Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé will be available on the 8, 9 and 10 March including a range of delicious treats such as strawberry bakewell tarts, mini strawberry and champagne cupcakes, red velvet layer cake, a selection of Berry Flavour Macaroons and ‘Mum’ heart shape mini hand-piped cookies served with a pot of tea and a glass of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé.

Founded in in 2003, the bespoke bakery was established by cake designer Peggy Porschen and husband Barry Morrow. Celebrated for creating beautiful cakes as well as delicious ones, Peggy Porschen creates a range of celebratory sweet treats for all occasions. Laurent-Perrier, first founded in 1812 are recognised for its style and freshness as well as its lightness in flavour. The perfect accompaniment to a light and airy cake.

The Mothering Sunday Beautiful Blooms Bouquet Cookies Class is on 10th March, priced at £475 for two places. Please note that the class does not include baking, cookies will be pre-baked prior to class.
