To celebrate the reopening of Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, a French comfort food favourite will be served…the Croque Madame. Deconstructed and with a twist, this isn’t just any ordinary Croque Madame as you would expect from the legendary Michelin star chef, Alain Ducasse.

A reinterpreted dish of brioche soldiers toasted with York ham and aged Comte cheese, a pair of eggshells are served accompany filled with rich scrambled eggs, melted comte and finely diced ham.

Available between the 10 to 27 September, the mouthwatering delight will be available as a starter on the lunch hour menu, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester offers the ultimate French cuisine in the heart of London.

Using seasonal produce, sourced from the British Isles, the impeccable cuisine is reflected in the plush décor of warm tones and accents of colour.

You can choose between the lunch hour menu at £55 per person including three courses or the a la Carte three course menu at £85 per person for those more special occasions.
