To celebrate 10 years in the business, shoe designer Rupert Sanderson showcases an exclusive collection at Selfridges, London. 

Rupert Sanderson celebrated an impressive 10 years in the business yesterday. To mark the occasion the British shoe designer unveiled a stunning anniversary collection in one of Selfridge’s window displays.

Created in association with Thehousewith, The Anniversary Collection window displays Rupert’s 10/10 Collection – a retrospective of 10 stunning shoe designs, one to celebrate each year the brand has been in business. With a colour palette of icy silvers and cool blues, the exhibit showcases the 10/10 Collection perfectly and is the perfect window-shop stop to have a look at this Christmas. “Based on our distinctive shoe-wheel graphic, the window displays my 10/10 collection in a graphic and arresting way, whilst keeping with Selfridges white winter wonderland theme,” says the designer.

The 10/10 Collection itself reflects the personality of the brand to a T, with some of Rupert’s iconic shoes of the last 10 years making an appearance. From the quirky cut-out ‘Estelle’ to the classic lace up ‘Jupiter’ – each of the 10 has been redesigned in a dusky, sci-fi silver. Both the collection and the exhibit remind us of what a prominent British brand Rupert Sanderson has become in the last decade.
