Hallow’d Eyes

Roberto Cavalli embraced a smudged smoky eye look for this AW with a thick grunge liner and heavy dark shadow. The perfect eye for Halloween, whether you’re dressing up as a wicked witch, ghoulish ghost or black cat, this heavy eye is one to compliment all looks.

Tip 1.

Use Eye Shadow in Black Cat (£12.00) and build a heavy layer across your upper and lower lash lines to create depth. This will also create the base for a dramatic smoky eye.

Tip 2.

Draw a thick liner with Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner (£13.00). Easy to apply, this liner simply glides on effortlessly and simply without smudging or shifting. Use the tip of the liner to draw a thick line over the top of the last line and in the inner eye.

Tip 3.

Vampy Lips

Tip 1.

Use Colour Balm Brigitte (£16.00) for a creamy lip colour of rich merlot that nourishes and shines. For a clean and even application, a lip brush is a must and a tissue for blotting is a second must. Applying a dark lip colour can’t be done in a hurry.

Tip 2.

First, gently exfoliate your lips with some exfoliating rice powder and once smoothed, gently blot a layer of foundation over for a matte and clean surface ready for application.

Tip 3.

For extra richness, use a lip liner underneath and simply roughly draw round the outline of your lips, shading in the middle. Follow by applying Colour Balm Brigitte and blot in between coats to ensure for an even and smooth coverage.

Prune Eyes

For an eye catching look, give yourself a pale complexion with striking orange eyes. Inspired by Gucci’s AW show this Halloween look is sure to make an impact.

Tip 1.

Create a base with Stall All Day 10-in01 HD Beauty Balm (£26.00), sweeping over the eye lids prepping for eye shadow for a flawless canvas for shadow.

Tip 2. 

Apply a generous amount of Eye Shadow in Mimosa (£12.00) and sweep in a circular motion around the eye. To get a contrasting effect, wet eyeshadow brush and apply in the inner eye and the eye contour line. Leave the lashes clean and mascara free for an ethereal look.
