Summer Skin Hydration

As the summer temperatures soar, we’re prone to losing more water from our bodies so it’s essential we’re fuelling up with those much-needed fluids.

And while hydration from within can be as simple as knocking back the H20, there’s also a more luxurious way of boosting your skin’s moisture levels from the outside. Caudalie was founded in 1995 with the philosophy of creating natural, effective and luxurious beauty products formulated with environmentally-friendly and active ingredients.

This summer, Caudalie launched the summer skincare remedy, Vinosource; a collection of naturally sourced hydration products infused with organic grape water to sooth sensitive skin and boost hydration levels.

First Impressions

While my sensitive skin is prone to oily outbursts, dehydration from within has remained an ongoing battle. So, despite a sense of uncertainty floating through my mind on how the products would react, I was excited to discover the outcome.

The pink shaded packaging evoked a feeling of sweetness and delicacy and I also admired the step by step application imagery located on the inside of each box.

The S.O.S Thirst Quenching Serum is considered the first step in the hydration regimen. I was immediately welcomed with the fresh aroma scents. The water diffusion absorbed quickly into my skin creating a burst of hydration that left it feeling fresh all day long.

The Vinosource moisturiser is the second step in the routine and includes four different formulas for every need, these range from very dry skin to sensitive skin which I pleasantly trialled. The moisturising sorbet added to the refreshing feel and formed a barrier of hydration that calmed my skin leaving it touchably soft.

Caudalie are currently offering a free eco-friendly water bottle with the purchase of two beauty products from the Vinosource Collection.
