Designed by the experts at Aromatherapy Associates, the treatment builds on the success of their Inner Strength Bath and Shower Oil. This oil was first blended by Aromatherapy Associates’ founder Geraldine Howard to help her relax as she underwent a challenging health issue, and she soon realised it may help others to feel better, too.

Nourishing oils are then applied to the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet, followed by paraffin wax – renowned for its comforting properties.
