Chocolate bubble wrap

Chocolate Bubble WrapOnce you pop, you just won’t stop with this chocolatey bubble wrap recipe. A great recipe to make with kids, this fun and tasty recipe is ideal for dinner parties as well as decorating cakes and desserts.

What You’ll Need: 

  • 200g dark chocolate (about 50 or 70% cocoa solids), melted
  • Two 22x20cm pieces of washed bubble wrap
  • This simple yet creative idea will wow your guests. Snap it into shards; simply serve with coffee at elevenses, tea time or after an evening meal – or even all three.

What To Do:

  • Temper the chocolate. Lay each piece of the bubble wrap on a baking tray, then pour the melted chocolate over the bubble wrap and spread it evenly to create a thin layer.
  • Put the trays in the fridge to chill. When the chocolate has hardened, peel it from the bubble wrap and enjoy.
