Chocolate Week at Sartoria

chocolate sorbet olive oil PostStarting on the 14th October, restaurant Sartoria will be spoiling us with a few cocoa concoctions in honour of chocolate week.

Although here at StyleNest HQ we wish every week was chocolate week we are nonetheless pleased that there is a 7-day period where indulging in chocolate treats, and generally celebrating the little tastes of heaven these moreish cocoa creations provides us with, is not only socially acceptable but also encouraged.

And if you were ever looking for an excuse to yield to your chocolate cravings and indulge, chocolate week at Sartoria is it. The fashionista’s culinary playground, expect to be presented with a menu that will please any true chocoholic. Not solely limited to sweet treats, the a la carte menu will be offering savoury chocolate dishes to wet your appetite with too.

Offering a deliciously sweet spread that will combine fine Italian ingredients with the careful supervision of head chef Lukas Pfaff, alongside leading chocolatier Willie Harcourt-Cooze’s sumptuous and rich chocolate, we can assure you that there will be no end to tingling taste buds. Think Aubergine and Chocolate Cake made with 100% Madagascan 71 and Indonesian 69, Dark Chocolate Sorbet with new season olive oil, sea salt and sweet ciabatta, made with Rio Caribe 72 and Sea Urchin Risotto with a water based ganache made with 100% El Tesoro.

To ensure diners can truly enjoy chocolate in its various forms Sartoria will be extending their chocolatey menu to one more week post Chocolate week ending on the 26th of October. Let’s face it one week of chocolate indulgence is never enough.

And for those who share a deeper enjoyment of chocolate that goes beyond it’s affect on the taste buds, you will be happy to hear that you can meet chocolatier Willie of Willie’s Cacao on the 15th October where he will be providing diners and those with a sweet tooth with a discussion on the recipes and his ranges of chocolates.

There is plenty to look forward to come Chocolate week, and menus don’t come much better than the exclusive spread at Sartoria.
