Situated in the historic Cathedral area of the Hampshire town, Winchester market is set in pretty wooden chalets inspired by traditional German markets, which surround an open-air ice rink. More than 350,000 visitors each year are attracted by the month-long exhibition of hand-picked products, many of which can’t be bought on the high-street, and an array of festive delights. Jewellery, art, hand-made glass and textile gifts and decorations nestle alongside food chalets where you will find the likes of warming mulled wine, mince pies and stollen.
Winchester Christmas Market is open from Thursday 24th November to Wednesday 21st December, everyday between 10am-6pm Sunday-Wednesday, and 10am-7.30pm Thursday-Saturday. The ice rink is also open each day from 10am.
