This crowd-pleasing canapé is ready in just 10 minutes. Chicory is a lovely winter salad leaf – bittersweet and crunchy and gives a great contrast to the creamy richness of the cheese and the sweet walnuts.

Prep and cook time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3-4 heads of chicory
- 200g Roquefort cheese
- 3 tbsp walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 jar of Tracklements Apple & Cider Brandy Chutney
What To Do:
- Remove any damaged leaves from the chicory, trim the base, remove the individual leaves and arrange on a platter
- In a bowl, mash the Roquefort with the back of a fork and mix in half the finely chopped walnuts. Fill each chicory leaf with a tsp of the cheese mix, top with a tsp of the Apple & Cider Brandy Chutney and a sprinkling of nuts
