Every travel kit should have adequate backup of data or the memories would be lost forever!
Travel photos go a long way in recollecting memories and for sharing it with friends and family. The moments of the trip cannot come back but with adequate backup, one can certainly preserve memories to look back upon those moments.

Having a laptop during a trip has a lot of advantages. One can simply have a backup of your photos on the laptop and then work around the memory cards. This ploy also helps in keeping two photos of a type in two different places.
- Back Up to a USB Flash Drive
With the help of an encrypted and secured US flash drive, one can certainly keep a handy backup of all trip photos. One can easily get photos from the memory card of the camera to the US flash drive!
- Back Up to the Cloud
The problem with the afore-mentioned steps is that the photos are still with you during the trip. This means that you could lose your camera, laptop, and portable drive anytime and anywhere! It could be through theft, fire or water damage, or due to some other reason.
