HOW TO FIX YOUR CROWS FEET FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN BED

Two beauty treatments that have been proven to boost, protect and generally make the skin look better are Dermarollering and Hyaluronic Acid. Dermarollering, in case you didn’t know, is the use of a skin roller with tiny needles that puncture the skin, creating micro-channels for product penetration and tricks the skin into repairing itself- it can be used for rejuvenation, pigmentation and even scarring. The one drawback (if you don’t include the ouch factor) is that it is very difficult and usually advised against being used around the delicate eye area, due to the risk of tearing the delicate skin here.

Radara, like me, understood these precautions but also knew how effective this form of treatment could be for the eye area, so, they created the first micro-channelling technology treatment especially for the eyes!

Each treatment contains 28 sets of eye pads and a rejuvenating, hyaluronic acid, eye serum for a 4-week regimen. The flexible, medical grade eye patches are covered with fine, plastic structures less than 0.5mm long which you press momentarily into the skin around the eyes, creating thousands of little micro-channels. You remove the pads, apply a pump of the serum, then reapply the pads (targeting fine lines and crows feet) and wait for 5 minutes. It is so simple and totally pain-free.

It’s a two-fold rejuvenation process! The imitation ‘damage’ created by the pads activates new collagen formation, and the micro-channels allow the serum to penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin where it is needed to make a difference. No pain, no clinic, no numbing cream- just a quick and simple home treatment that requires zero downtime.

I go to bed at stupid-o-clock every night and have started to see the effects of this around my eyes, in the form of fine lines and dark circles. After just 1 week of using my Radara system, I could see and feel an improvement in my skin. After 2 weeks, the fine lines were less, and the skin felt stronger. By week 4, and with some help of some slightly earlier (*read, before midnight) bedtimes, the skin around my eyes has significantly improved! I just knew this treatment was going to work, but seeing such clear results was still a bit shocking! In a good way of course!

The treatment pack is £165 (think of it like £40ish per week) which isn’t cheap, but it is not designed to be used ongoing- it is recommended you have around 4-6 treatments per year depending on your concerns. I intend to use it twice yearly, post winter (for a boost) and post summer (to repair). Note this is not a pre-party treatment! I didn’t experience any redness at all during the 4-weeks, but the serum is not a good base for makeup and you shouldn’t be applying makeup when the micro-channels are ‘healing’ anyway! Just before bedtime (and a decent bedtime at that) is always going to be best for that #wokeuplikethis glow!
