Bodyism, the team of expert trainers behind the strong, lean bodies of supermodels Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Lara Stone, are launching a brand new website next month, designed to bring us everything we need for a Clean and Lean lifestyle.

The website will be a truly comprehensive resource for health and wellbeing, bringing us not only health and fitness advice, but also offering Clean and Lean recipes, work out videos, motivational messages, and even a community forum, where members can swap their own health and fitness tips, help other members to stay motivated, and even post questions directly to the Bodyism team.

The new website will work by offering users the chance to sign up to one of three membership tiers, with each tier offering various levels of access to Bodyism content, such as customised workout programmes, and Clean and Lean meal plans. The membership tiers will start with the complimentary ´Essential´ programme, moving up to Lifestyle membership for £5.99 a month, and Oracle membership for £19.99 a month. Everyone who sign up to the website will not only be the first to hear exclusive news from Bodyism, but will also be able to earn loyalty points, redeemable against future Bodyism purchases across their range of supplements, sportswear and fitness accessories.

In addition to all of this, the launch of the new website will also see the launch of ´Clean and Lean´, an online magazine with advice and tips not only from the Bodyism team, but also from the famous stars who´ve they´ve trained. We will get to hear their own stories on how they stay motivated, and even chance to have a nosy look into their fridge to see what Clean and Lean food they fill it with, although here at StyleNest we admit, we´re hoping to see a naughty treat in there too!
