How To Make Cake Pops

How To Make Cake Pops Cake Pop Course Sweet Revenge BakeryLearn how to make cake pops and transform your tots into a mini Michelle Roux with Sweet Revenge Cupcake Bakery.

Nothing beats eating a mouth-watering, spongy filled with buttercream-iced cupcake than making one yourself. Just when we thought cupcakes couldn’t get any better, the cake on a stick, formally known as a cake pop was invented. From novelty characters to perfectly rounded bites of cake, the cake pop is a sweet sensation which children adore.

Children over the age of five accompanied by an adult can learn the craft of cake pop creation with Sweet Revenge Café. The three-hour course (£59) guarantees children and parent’s sticky fingers and satisfied stomachs with the added bonus of taking home a collection of goodies to show off. The fun-filled morning teaches kids how to make the delicious bites of fun dipped in pure Belgian chocolate and decorated with a variety of sugar craft decorations.  Sweet Revenge Café teaches kids how to create the ultimate cake pop by dipping, melting, decorating, presentation and much more.

The Sweet Revenge Bakery offers a number of cake themed courses for both adults and children to learn or improve various different cake skills. For adults the Cake Baking Masterclass (£120) held on Saturdays, teaches adults the secrets behind creating a perfect butter soft sponge with the buttercream to compliment. You will learn how to prepare for masking, layering a crumb coat, clean masking and decorative piping techniques. This full day course makes for a great gift for those with a sweet tooth or passion for cake making. Sweet Revenge Bakery share tricks of the trade and fundamental baking and decorating basics from an industry professional.
