Moo-less Chocolate Mousse

Moo-less Choc Mousse Treat your little ones with this tasty chocolate mousse, little do they know it is jam-packed with healthy goodness.

Mix up midweek with this delicious mousse, your kids will not be able to wait to tuck in.

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 2 minutes

What you’ll need:

  • 1 Medium sized ripe avocado
  • 1 Ripe medium sized banana
  • 3 tsp Good quality cocoa powder
  • 4 tbs Coconut cream
  • 1 tbs Maple syrup
  • Toppings: shredded coconut/toasted chopped nuts/chia seeds

 

What to do:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and whizz

2. Serve with extra fruit.
