What You’ll Need:

• 35ml Reposado Tequila
• 100ml London Essence Co Bitter Orange & Elderflower Tonic
• Highball glass
• Chocolate salt, mint sprig to garnish

What To Do:

• Create the chocolate salt by mixing sea salt with cocoa powder. Stick to the rim of the glass using lime juice. Pour the Reposadao Tequila over ice and top up with the London Essence Co Bitter Orange and Elderflower Tonic.
