A perfect serve for the festive period, Spiced Gingerbread combines the subtle cinnamon flavour of Smirnoff Gold Liqueur with sweet ginger syrup and lemon juice.
What You’ll Need:
- 50ml Smirnoff® Gold
- 25ml Ginger Syrup
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 0.5piece(s) Egg White
- 1piece(s) Gingerbread Man Biscuit
Equipment:
- 1 x Martini glass
- 1 x strainer
- 1 x juicer
- 1 x jigger
- 1 x shaker
- 1 x ice
What To Do:
- Add Smirnoff Gold Liqueur, ginger syrup, lemon juice and egg white to the shaker.
- Using a jigger, measure 50ml Smirnoff Gold Liqueur, 25ml ginger syrup, 25ml lemon juice and half an egg white into the cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake the mixture. Shake the ingredients without ice for 30 seconds until the egg white emulsifies.

Fill the shaker with ice. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Shake until cold. Shake the mixture until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

Strain into a glass. Use a cocktail strainer to strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Add a gingerbread man biscuit. Serve with a small gingerbread man to one side of the drink.
