If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to make a melt-in-the mouth, lighter than air soufflé, that doesn’t sink in the middle or collapse at the sides then the Ultimate Soufflé Masterclass is for you.

Attend the class by head pastry chef Stephan Will and his team at The Rib Room, and you can soon become a soufflé expert and transform your dinner party disasters into a soufflé success.

An iconic dish, traditional to The Rib Room, head chef Ian Rudge says, “A soufflé is one of the most technically challenging dishes to be mastered as it must remain moist in the centre, yet fluffy and full of texture. Guests will be taught how to create this lighter-than-air dish, which they can showcase at home for their next dinner party.”

The Ultimate Soufflé Masterclass will be held in The Rib Room where you can first indulge in a glass of champagne to help ease you into the lesson.

Priced at £35 per person for 90 minutes, a variety of both sweet and savoury soufflés will be created including recipes of; apple crumble soufflé with bourbon vanilla ice cream and apple crisp, classic dark chocolate soufflé, pistachio soufflé with pistachio ice cream and double baked goat’s cheese soufflé.

The master classes will be running on the following dates: Friday 14 March at 6pm, Saturday 22 March at 2pm, Friday 4 April at 6pm and Friday 11 April at 6pm.
