Maison Blanc launches Hegarty the spider, a sweet and sticky treat you’ll be crawling to get your hands on.

As hard as it is to accept that summer is over, if we look on the bright side all kinds of festivities are just weeks away with the first being Halloween! Cue a series of never-end-well spook-themed club nights and rather tragic Halloween parties where no doubt your most organised friend has attempted to make a witches hand by putting jelly into a rubber glove. Why not save her the bother, and send her down to Maison Blanc who will sort out all of your creepy cuisine needs with French finesse. 

I can feel my spidey senses tingling… Introducing “Hegarty” the spider, a delicious white chocolate, eight-legged, raspberry filled treat that’s guaranteed to give arachnophobes the chills – that is until they have a bite. She’s the wife of last year’s successful “Boris the spider”, and Maison Blanc hopes we’ll be tempted enough not to run away screaming! 

Hegarty is joined by a whole host of other horrifying foodie treats including monster cupcakes and a gloomy looking chocolate  “graveyard cake” – the perfect centrepiece to your cobweb covered party table.
