When Fashion month kicks off with New York’s finest, models, editors and all kind of attendees and participants are arguably still feeling their freshest — the tour of Fashion Weeks has just begun! But that doesn’t mean social media snaps get the #nofilter treatment, unless of course, we’re talking about Desigual’s beauty trends during their S/S17 presentation that took place on September 8^th.

With a handful of models sporting makeup looks that mimicked our favourite snapchat filters, like the dog filter and the bee filter, nails were also given the the social media treatment. Six different nail looks were created by Senior Makeup Artist for M.A.C Keri Blair, all inspired by social media trends. Blair took to Instagram (what else) to share her thoughts: “Desigual is all about texture, color, and accessorizing, and what a better way to do it than with nails. If you’re not following my nail account you might miss out on some backstage sneak peeks … @nailsbykerib awaits! These beauties are from today’s show for @Desigual. All inspired by Instagram trends – unicorn holo, foils and ombre.”
