The site has grown from humble beginnings into a huge global brand with an online store, as well as fresh editorial content. the cutest children’s shoots we’ve ever seen, a magazine and even their very own clothing collection, Kickle. It’s hard to believe they’ve achieved all that in just five years.
To celebrate and give something back to their loyal customers, AlexandAlexa have designed five limited edition children’s party masks inspired by some of their favourite designers. They may have been created for children, but they say you’re only as old and you feel and we’ve certainly been enjoying them here in the StyleNest office.
For the next few weeks, customers will receive one of the masks with their orders. The themes range from the whacky to the weird to the wonderful.
Our favourite is without a doubt what we’ve dubbed the ‘granny mask’. Inspired by the vintage charm of fashion brand, Marni, little one’s can don Dame Edna style frames and curlers in the hair to pretend they are wise beyond their years. Whilst fans of all things nautical will love the Gautier inspired mask complete with anchor flag, bunting and ship. Other themes for the masks are inspired by designers, Roksanda Ilinicic, Paul Smith and Robero Cavalli.
On the back of each paper mask also comes a cute three step instruction guide incase your little one’s feel uninspired as what to do with their masks. We particularly like the instruction to put on your mask carefully, climb into your imaginary Cadillac and cruise along a pretend highway. Totally bonkers, but kids will love it.
AlexandAlexa will be sending out an exclusive mask with each order for the next few weeks so be sure to order quick and brighten up your little one’s next birthday party or play date.
Happy Birthday AlexandAlexa!
