Not content with being Britain’s leading in-the-know luxury travel brand, Mr & Mrs Smith have just launched an interiors paint collection, inspired by their 10 years of globetrotting.
Mr & Mrs Smith – At Home, takes the knowledge and experiences of the team behind the luxury travel brand, and brings them into your home. The British luxury brand are expanding this autumn with the launch of their first ever home and interiors line.
The paint range, that currently comprises three collections and 28 glorious shades, has been inspired by Mr & Mrs Smith’s decade in the business and the wonderful, design-led destinations they’ve had the pleasure of visiting.
From Morocco to Miami, Ithaca to Iceland, the city, the coast or the country – there’s something to suit everyone’s taste.
The Coastal Collection, as you’d expect offers marine inspired palettes and neutral tones. Taking inspiration from the world’s great oceans and idyllic seaside retreats, expect to find a shade inspired by somewhere between Brighton’s pebbled shores and the Caribbean’s crystal clear waters. A good choice if you’re looking to inject some calm into your home.
Then there’s The County Collection – a home homage to all things rustic. But don’t expect your typical English country house heritage, this collection has been inspired by the countryside of so many destinations from Morocco to North America’s prairies. Think soft pastel shades set against earthy tones of yellow, brown and green – ideal for those with an eclectic taste.
And finally for those who fancy themselves as somewhat of a city slicker, The City Collection is sure to satisfy. Chic, bold and contemporary these paints reference some of the globe’s finest metropolises, from our very own London to Mexico’s haciendas.
What’s more, the collection comes with a brand new, innovative technology – the iPatch. This unique paint-sampling swatch will revolutionise the way you pick your Pantones, thanks to a new technology that allows you to test A4 sized patches straight onto your walls and peel them off again, without leaving any trace of paint. Each patch displays a real layer of pigment and comes with a low-tack adhesive backing so you know exactly how your shade will look without the mess.
