Dirty Bones

Dirty Bones - Glazed and charred SweetcornKensington’s newest restaurant, Dirty Bones. Operating as a hot dog stand throughout the day and revealing a quirky restaurant in the evening.

Created by Development Chef, Ross Clarke previously at the Fat Duck Experimental Kitchen, the menu at Dirty Bones reveals a selection of American classics with an exciting twist.

Located on Kensington Church Street, Dirty Bones offers a casual grab n’ go lunch or quirky underground dinner date.

So what’s on the menu? American grill, including hot dogs using the finest British sausage meat. Choose between the Brit served with treacle bacon, mature beer cheddar and English mustard, the Asian with kimchi relish, crispy seaweed and wasabi mayo or the Classic Yankee served straight up with yellow mustard, red ketchup and spring onions. Or for a hybrid twist, opt for the mouthwatering Burger Dog along served with sides of triple fried fries, charred pardon peppers, mac and cheese and tomato and chorizo.

And the playful American menu doesn’t stop there, the bones include fried chicken in a spicy glaze, Boston Ribeye steak on the bone with the signature Dirty Bones glaze.

For dessert, milk and cookies and coffee and doughnuts hit the sweet tooth spot, nodding to a simple but yet classic American sweet.

With live music setting the backdrop to the venue, Dirty Bones will host young talent to compliment the quirky underground site. And for those just stopping by to enjoy the music, a quirky cocktails menu will help to kick start your weekend with drinks such as the Dirty Bones Martini and Mutt’s Nuts.
