What You’ll Need:
- 150g Gruyère, grated
- 200ml crème fraîche
- 1 tsp Tracklements Smooth Dijon Mustard
- Salt & black pepper
- 5 tbsp Tracklements Green Tomato Chutney
- 10 thick slices of bread (any good bread will do, but we do recommend white)
- 5 slices of Wiltshire ham
- Knob butter
What To Do:
- Pre-heat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas mark 5
- Mix together 100g of the Gruyère, crème fraiche and Tracklements Smooth Dijon Mustard and season
- Spread the Green Tomato Chutney over 5 slices of bread and top with half of the cheese mixture
- Lay over each a slice of ham and another slice of bread
- Spread softened butter over one side of the sandwich
- Place on a baking sheet, butter-side down
- Top the unbuttered side with the rest of the cheese mixture and sprinkle over the remaining 50g Gruyère
- Bake in the oven for 20 mins or until golden. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve straight away
