Missy Flynn’s St Patrick’s Day Green Irish Coffee
Baileys, a true Irish classic, into the mix, the cocktails are the ultimate way to raise a glass to the Irish holiday.

What You’ll Need:
- 200ml double cream
- 200ml Baileys Original [3.2 units for 2 drinks]
- Natural green food colouring
Sugar Syrup
- Brown sugar
- Boiling water
What To Do:
- Add 200ml double cream into a bowl
- Add 200ml of Baileys Original [3.2 units]
- Stir slowly to combine
- Add a couple of drops of natural green food colouring, stirring continuously until satisfied with the colour, it should be a nice pastel minty green
- Keep chilled
- To make sugar syrup – mix equal parts brown sugar and boiling water in a heatproof jug until all the sugar has dissolved and you are left with a syrup
- Allow this cool, then bottle
