What You’ll Need:

• 5ml Damson Jam
• 10ml Elderflower Cordial
• 25ml Campari
• 100ml London Essence Co Grapefruit & Rosemary Tonic
• Flute glass
• Grapefruit Dust to garnish

• What To Do:

  Create the grapefruit dust by grating a pink grapefruit and ‘glue’ to the glass with lime juice. Pour the damson jam, elderflower cordial and Campari into a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a flute and top with the tonic.
