NATURALLY SWEETENED FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

What You’ll Need:

  • 8’ spring form cake tin
  • 140g 70-80-% chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 120ml This Is Good Macadamia Nut Oil
  • 180ml honey
  • 60g organic raw cacao

What To Do:

  • Preheat oven to 180
  • Grease tin with This Is Good Macadamia Nut Oil
  • Melt the choc and oil over a pan of simmering water
  • When melted remove
  • Add cacao, honey and eggs and whisk until smooth
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes
  • Allow to cool before serving
  • If there is any left, cut into squares and freeze. Defrost as desired for a tasty snack
